| Our products are produced by artists and crafts people who take great pride in their work. Some of our products are very durable where as others are very fragile. In order to maintain the longevity of our more fragile items, we encourage you to consider the information we have provided below.
Wood Flowers:
The wood shavings used to make these flowers are carved to a paper-thin thickness. For retail customers, we ship the flowers in their own box and encourage you to keep this box for storing the flower when it is not in use. For Wholesale customers, the packing will depend on what we collectively decide is the best way for you to receive the products from us.
We believe the flowers should be handled like an ornament to protect their petals from breaking. However, like a natural flower, petals will break and this is to be expected. If there is only minor damage such as a broken petal, we recommend snipping this broken piece with a pair of scissors. Once removed, we find that the flower remains a beautiful piece if art.
Please keep the flowers away from water as this will cause the dye to run and direct sun light will make the colors fade over time.
